RESCHEDULING

We require 72 hours notice in order to reschedule an appointment, or the none-refundable booking fee will be lost and another will be required.

 You can only reschedule an appointment ONCE with 72 hours notice, then a new booking fee will be charged.

The booking fee is non-refundable – no exceptions

CANCELLATIONS

Last minute cancellations (72 hours or less) will result in 50% of the treatment cost being taken due to large gaps in the diary, clinic rents and no guarantee of the slot being filled.
